I took this photo during a visit to Riso print studio Color Code in Toronto while on vacation in 2017. That visit, along with another I had done maybe a week prior in London to Hato Press were eye-opening on the operational side of a commercial Riso studio. Both shared a handful of tips and tricks that were new to me and that really opened my eyes to the vast possibilities of the Risograph as a production process. I desperately miss having easy access to a Riso right now, especially while I have a lot of different ideas bubbling around.
I also happen to be down to the very last copy of my Inventory of Inventories zine. Printed using a Risograph ME 9450 in 2019 and hand assembled.
